Audit of financial statements

Party B agrees to provide Party A an audit of financial statements of Party A for the year ended 31/12/2022, which include the Balance sheet as of 31st December 2022, the Income statement, the Cash flow statement and Notes to the financial statements for the year then ended. The audit of Party B will be conducted with the objective of expressing an audited opinion on the financial statements of Party A. Upon completion of the audit, Party B shall provide Party A with 06 copies of auditor’s report accompanying the audited financial statements in Vietnamese, 04 copies of auditor’s report accompanying audited financial statements in English; 01 copies of management letter in Vietnamese (if any) and 01 copies of management letter in English (if any), mentioning any weaknesses being needed to be rectified and recommendations of auditor in order to improve accounting system and internal control system of Party A.
