Be part of the core team and train other team members who also work on the project. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' business; fully understand their end user requirements, and their technical environment that the software deployed into. Responsible for the quality of products and the successful delivery of the software required by clients. Review documented requirements (workflow, style guide, Acceptance Criteria, mock-up). Analyse risk and provide mitigation and contingency strategy. Communication potential issues. Raise potential issues with tech lead, discuss and make decision on this. Collect and summarize main ideas from conference call, chats, internal meeting to update requirements and inform all stakeholders. Prioritize tasks and assign. Mentor and guide the others in proper way (clear, specific). Supports on task planning by review them and give effective feedback Raise suggestion on Q&A activities on stories. Suggest and update working process which is suitable for each phase of development. Estimate time for others to write test case and execute test. Review test cases for others. Create checklist, test cases, update test cases. Do smoke test, ad-hoc test, exploratory test, integration and regression test. Perform automated test scripts to create test data using Jmeter Update test scripts and perform smoke test using Selenium. Report and confirm bugs with clear and easy-to-reproduce steps on bug tracking system (Jira, Bugzilla) Keeps clients up-to-date on progress in updating tasks and report every day, meets their needs and catches up with new changes.
