Mauby is a tree bark-based beverage grown and widely consumed in the Caribbean. Depending on where you're from, you may call this drink mauby, mabi or mabí. I have two target audiences in mind: 35+ Caribbean/Latin American descendent, looking for nostalgic flavors, connecting with their roots, longing for that beverage that they may have not had in years.
