Customer Service Specialist

• Manage the stores in the shopping center, control their service qualities in order to ensure the operating standards and the service standards (legal records, visual merchandiser, POSM, staffs' performance, food safety and hygiene, fire protection...). • Communicate with the clients to resolve their complaints, to extend the contract and upsell, create and strengthen the positive customer experience. • Recover the monthly debts, manager the debt risk. • Collect the information on the tenants' revenue, footfall, ATV, UPT... in order to evaluate their business status and propose the solutions to help the clients improve their business. • Take charge of marketing tin the shopping center. Implement the trade promotions and events to increase the footfalls of the shopping center and the tenants' revenue.
