DDSS is a group of products supporting for Toyota Agencies from BOD to staffs in Sales and Marketing. Its products including Internal CRM system, Showcase Web & Mobile Apps Showcase Web & Mobile Apps: User-facing system & CMS system to show off & config information, products & services, promotion... of Agencies under Toyota My Dinh Group. CRM system: building up from scratch with following epic features - Customer management: manage customers & their information - Promotion management: send promotion to customers through notification, email, SMS - Report: make reports for BOD, managers in Marketing & Sales - Call: chat, make & receive call (Internet/Traditional call) among users of products in DDSS project
