Job descriptions: Taking part in organizing an event that presents a book named “PR – Từ chưa biết đến chuyên gia” of M.A Xuan Phuong Hoang. Pre-event - Preparing sponsorship letter and sponsorship contract. - Scripting detailed timeline for the event, especially technical parts. - Preparing music files, images and videos that will be projected. - Contacting and managing singers and dancers for the event. - Adjusting speeches for the representatives of the event. Event - Taking charge of technical team. - Controlling the sound system and the projector during the event. - Assigning and guilding members to carry out the script. - Co-ordinating with other team leaders.
