Logo Design job - Logo for new specialty coating for metals

My company has developed a new clear coating product for metal products. The product name is "ArmaLac" which is a combination of "Armour" and "Lacquer". The coating can be used for all types of metals and polished metals. We need a logo to be designed for the "ArmaLac" product. The final design should be simple and communicate strength and protection, like armor is strong and protective. The logo should be simple and should have both colour (no preference on colour) and greyscale version for simple printing
