- Supervising contruction safety - Supervising installation of scaffolding - Supervising lifting work - Analyzing and assign safety work - Develop project HSE strategies and ensure the implementation of project HSE management systems in accordance with client requirements - Develop the project HSE plan in alignment with client HSE management systems - Oversee project safe work permit program - Support Safety Manager in regular HSE reporting to project manager, client - Perform regular inspections and site walk-throughs - Oversee behavior based observation and conversation program - Ensures the project operates within Customer and legislative HSE requirements and expectations - Act as a liaison with the on-site construction management team - Support in managing project incident management protocol inclusive of root cause analysis and identification of preventative measures/actions - Chairing regularly scheduled project HSE meetings with workers - Oversee site orientation and on-boarding process for all workers
