I was the Vietnamese representative in the management group of Vietnamese (20 members), branch of a Danish outsourcing company. My main focus is communicational and cultural bridging between the involved stakeholders, alongside with securing well-defined processes in order to ensure a beneficial corporation both in relation to the start up a new team and the ongoing corporation of existing teams. Duties ● Responsible for a smooth integration of working and communication processes between clients in Denmark and Head Office in Viet Nam. ● Establishing business and development process and ensuring that they are followed. ● Maturing teams. ● Building bridges between technical and non-technical personal. ● Ensured good cooperation between different professionals, which resulted in deliveries on time and at the expected quality.
