The Facebook page that I was in charge of were Ngay Hoi Viec Lam - Job Fair with currently 11,000 likes and 12,000 followers. With the mission of bringing useful and updated information to many users, mostly the young, the most attractive and persistent content are job opportunities and trainee programs that users from any demographics can benefit from. My role is to design creative graphics posts and write content in a concise, brief manner by using tools like Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator. Moreover, by applying some advertising strategies like multimedia seedings with videos, TVC ads, hashtags...I succeeded to attract and reach over 10,000 users monthly from September to December. Finally, the Job Fair page has increased by 2000 new likes and over 3000 new followers.
