Design and Operation

Job Fair is one of my university's biggest events that is held annually. It is an event for students from any major and the talent acquisition teams of companies to come together and share their work experience and have a peer-to-peer interview. In 2022, we managed to cooperate and get sponsored by 70 different companies and agencies, nationally and internationally. For students, we succeeded to attract over 3000 participants from many universities in Ho Chi Minh City and more than 200 resumes were received. Talking about my role, I was the lead designer in planning and operating Job Fair Tour, an activity of holding workshops relating to soft skills, business, and mental sharing for students. In the end, my team and I succeeded to organize successfully 3 workshops which reached a total of over 30,000 people on social posts and 400 participants.
