The task was to develop an international market expansion strategy, including the analysis of the competitive position of the client company, its strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities, identifying the most promising markets, and conducting an in-depth analysis of their economic, cultural, and political environments; developing market entry, pricing, promotion, marketing, and HR strategies; as well as developing recommendations concerning the logistics and product adaptations for the new markets.
