A coaching system will help people in an organization to achieve a sustainable improvement in their performance and fulfill their potential. - This is training project we can manage, create and keep track to the trainee to help them improve their skill. In the order hand, we can manage our coach and let the sponsor to keep track and know how the coach train their client (with the scale of one to one it means one coach train one client), they can also keep track the sessions of a course; sponsor is the one who pays money for Performance and Wellbeing Company to train the client and the coach belonging to the company.
