Chiropractic project is a project which helps an entrepreneur to open their new clinic specialized in treating osteoarthritis by chiropractic therapy.
Our team's responsibilities are to do market research to find out the direction for the project in the long term. As a member of team, I have some contributions:
- Perform in-depth research and analysis on category, consumer and competitor of osteoarthritis market;
- Determine the demand and demographic of target customers for the business;
- Make a proposal, directly discuss with the team and entrepreneur to have a direction for brand positioning, build brand story, and brand key in the long term.
