Maximus has been a wood and leather shop for over 4 years, with countless number of cases and accessories produced and sold. Despite large sale volume, they hadn’t established a personal brand in the B2C market. Maximus came to us for help on building and optimizing an ecommerce site for their most prided product line: wooden phone cases. This was an exciting but tough challenge, as the smartphone accessory market is over-saturated with both big and small players. We were not only building a website, but also collaborating with Maximus to find the right product and strategy to bring the company to both the Vietnamese and global market.
