- Custom Software Developments (1997): Led specification design, bidding selection, contract/subcontract negotiation and supervise the implementation of the Mobile Billing System for VMS MobiFone. Results: Completed the multimillion dollar project on schedule , on budget and with the designed results. - Computer Network and System Integration (2001): Project managed the installation of HEWLETT PACKARD High Availability computer solution for the WB funded InterBanking Payment System of the State Bank of Vietnam. Result: Fulfilled the USD 14 millions World Bank funded project over the most critical integrated IT core system in Vietnam banking industry on time on budget and with the best designed results. - Computer Network and System Integration Abroad (2002): Project managed the installation of the similar InterBanking Payment System of the State Bank of Pakistan (Karachi). Result: Completed another World Bank funded International project on time on budget and with the designed results. - Computer Data Center (2003) : Led design, bid, install a new computer data center for TechcomBank. Result: Completed the installation of the data centers and proper integration with the existing system. - Electrical and Electronics System Engineering (2004): Led design, bid and install advanced Mobile Phone Indoor Coverage Systems in many residential, commercial an office buildings in Ha Noi and HCM City for VMS MobiFone and VNPT VinaFone. Results: Completed the high-tech and complicated project on and ahead of schedule , on budget and with the best designed results. - Civil Engineering and Technical Infrastrure (2007): Led design and bidding selection, negotiated on contracts and subcontracts and supervised the construction and setting up a new office building with all technical Infrastrure and facilities for Van Xuan Technical College. Result: Completed project up to three months ahead of schedule, on budget and with the designed results, observing absolute safety regulations. - International Education Center (2010-2011): Project managed setting up a new International Training Center for the Van Xuan Technical College (VTC) to provide international Advanced Diploma courses under the Cooperation Agreement signed between the VTC and Australian Gordon Institute of TAFE. The works included completion of all legal and technical conditions necessary for the center to operate, establishment of the center infrastructure and staff, modification and localization of the original in- English academic programs and teaching/student books/materials, coordination with the partner in students recruitment and teaching, etc Result: Fulfilled the complicated project on schedule, on budget and with the designed results. - New school campuses and branch offices (2010-2014): Project managed setting up of new campuses and branch offices for Van Xuan Technical College in Ha Noi and some other provinces. The works included construction and establishment of the premises infrastrure and facilities, obtaining operating sub-license from local authorities, working out internal operational processes and regulations for each new establishment to ensure its activities in line with operation and standards of the mother college. Result: Completed all the projects on and ahead of schedule, on budget and with the designed results, allowing smooth starting at the new premises. - Vocational Training project (2013-2015): Led course design, bid and deployment of series of vocational training courses for rural workers ordered by the General Department for Vocational Training (GDVT). Result: For the last two years, provided as many as hundreds courses for thousands of rural worker learners on plan, with the budget ensuring the designed qualities. - EBM and HRM project (2015 – 2016): Project implementation to install, migrate, integrate and operate the new EBM and HRM computer systems to Ocean Edu Group Result: Completed all the project on and ahead of schedule, on budget and with the designed results, allowing smooth migration and operation of the new two applications.
