- Many years experience working for large multinational and international organizations as a senior consultant or manager for such large scaled and integrated projects in Education (including Higher education), Electronics, ICT solution and engineering infrastrure.
- Expert knowledge and proven skills on financial management and management of all phases of project bid and implementation including design specifications, bid package, contract negotiation and signing, vendors/suppliers negotiation and subcontracting, project implementation, acceptance, technology transfer, maintenance, etc.
- Ability to effectively organize, mobilize resources, inspire and mentor team members, supervise internal cross functions, communicate and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors/suppliers and partners to ensure projects be completed in time, in scope, with accepted qualifications and within planned budget.
- Expert computer literacy and experience, especially in MS Office and Project Management Software.
- Resourceful and efficient minded with professional, accountable and energetic work attitude.
- Strong academic background of education management, project management, computer science and other supplementary skills business management, HR management, finance and accounting, etc.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese and the ability to clearly communicate and report in these languages..
