Responsibilities: I am responsible for ensuring the quality of software & website. This includes: •Deal with customers and Business Analyst • Create test plan , testcase and test report • Write test cases and execute them • Find and track bugs • Report to my Project Manager/ BSE manager • Communicate directly with customer on the requirements. • Work closely with the Developer • Design report with crystal report XI • Receiving issue support from customer, collect log, analyze/process then reply to customer, management data with sql server 2008 r2 Consultants are involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills ABOUT ERP. • Requirements analysis, application operations and functions. Test the problem of Web, Mobile App, game etc.
