Ba Dinh, Ha Noi. • Review Internal control system and recommend solution. • Review all business contract and advise to the Director. • Ensure tax declaration on a monthly basis. • Ensure financial reports and submit to the Tax Dept. quarterly or annually. • Control finance document and cash flow management. • Ensure financial reports such as: Statement of Finance Position SOFP, Income Statement (IS), Cash Flow statement (CF) in accordance with Vietnamese legislation • Work closely with Tax Department on value added tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income tax (CIT) issues. • Liaises with Tax Audit.
