COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design financial structure for better control system. • Consultation to Director & Accountant on bussiness legislation & tax regulation. • Ensure tax declaration on a monthly basis and annual tax finalization • Ensure financial reports and submit to the Tax Dept. quarterly or annually. • Control finance document and cash flow management. • Ensure financial reports such as: Statement of Finance Position SOFP, Income Statement (IS), Cash Flow statement (CF) in accordance with Vietnamese legislation (Vietnamese accounting standard) • Work closely with Tax Department on value added tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income tax (CIT) issues. • Advise on Human Resouce/admin/finance to build up internal policy and regulation. • Liaises with Tax Audit.
