- Develop an extensive customer database - Build TRUST and maintain good rapport with customers. - Develop online recruitment advertising business by contacting and meeting customers, discovering the needs, delivering the best solution which helps customer solve their recruitment issues. - Maintain, up-sell/cross-sell among existing customers and find out new customers - Make customers understand well how to use our service effectively by consultation - Be responsible for individual sales target. - Support Team Leader to search select candidates & screen resumes for internal vacancy of Sales Department at the first round on phone. Sometimes, join to interview with my Team Leader at the second round. - Support to prepare job description & job requirement for employers in order to attract more the right candidates. - Be mentor to train for newcomers about services, system & skills. - Carry out other tasks when assigned (by BOM)
