During more than one year working as a Sales Associate at Highlands Coffee, I not only gained more knowledge about sales, but also developed important skills such as problem-solving, understanding consumer behavior at the point of sale, and assisting store managers in collecting sales data and managing inventory. My experience at Highlands Coffee has brought me great value and meaningful lessons throughout my time working there.
