• Have 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Have able consulting professional structural solutions for each project.
• Control input and output data to make sure the safety of the building, compliance with design standard and cost saving.
• Feasibility analysis, economic analysis, report to the manager before carrying out the project.
• Creativity ability to solve the problems and handle situation.
WORKING SKILLS
• To calculate, analyze structure design to propose the most economical and effective design.
• Manage the Team members and make sure the structural designing to meet the project schedule.
• Checking the drawing and bill of quantities to ensure suitable for client requirements and project budget
• Modeling Finite element and calculate loads acting on the building. Control internal forces and repair the modeling.
• Structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures ( Foundation, Columns, Lift core, Slabs, Beams…).
• Good at Foundation: analysis foundation solutions and consult the best option for each project ( Driven piles, Bored piles, Raft foundation...)
• Having deep knowledge of the high-rise building ( Wind load, Earthquake, cracking analyze, thermal load...)
