QUY TRÌNH & NGUYÊN TẮC HỢP TÁC
Để dự án diễn ra mượt mà và đạt hiệu quả cao nhất, tôi áp dụng quy trình hợp tác rõ ràng như sau:

- Tiếp nhận & Trao đổi thông tin:

Online: Qua chat vLancer, Zalo, Telegram, Google Meet hoặc Zoom.

Trực tiếp (Offline): Sẵn sàng gặp gỡ, họp bàn trực tiếp tại khu vực TP.HCM đối với các dự án lớn để chốt phương án nhanh chóng.

- Khảo sát & Tư vấn giải pháp: Làm rõ Brief (yêu cầu), xác định phong cách visual phù hợp với khách hàng mục tiêu và đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu chi phí.

- Thỏa thuận & Ký kết: Thống nhất chi phí, số lượng sản phẩm, timeline bàn giao cụ thể. Sẵn sàng ký kết hợp đồng làm việc / Thỏa thuận bảo mật (NDA) để bảo vệ quyền lợi doanh nghiệp.

- Tạm ứng & Triển khai: Khách hàng tiến hành tạm ứng (theo quy định vLancer hoặc hợp đồng). Tôi tiến hành lên concept demo và cập nhật tiến độ liên tục theo từng giai đoạn.

- Nghiệm thu & Bàn giao: Chỉnh sửa hoàn thiện theo phản hồi, nghiệm thu và bàn giao đầy đủ file gốc chất lượng cao (AI, PSD, InDesign, PDF...) cùng toàn bộ bản quyền sử dụng hình ảnh.

- Initial Consultation & Briefing:

Online: Via vLancer chat, Zalo, Telegram, Google Meet, or Zoom.

Offline: Available for face-to-face meetings and alignment workshops within Ho Chi Minh City for medium-to-large-scale projects.

- Research & Strategy: Analyzing the project brief, identifying the optimal visual style tailored to your target audience, and proposing cost-effective design solutions.

- Agreement & Contract: Finalizing quotation, deliverables, and exact timelines. Ready to sign a Freelance Contract / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your business interests and data privacy.

- Deposit & Execution: Upon receiving the deposit (via vLancer escrow or contract terms), I will develop concepts, present drafts, and provide milestone updates.

- Review & Delivery: Refining the designs based on your feedback. Once approved and final payment is settled, I will hand over all high-resolution source files (AI, PSD, InDesign, PDF...) along with full copyright ownership.
