My name is Ha, and I am an International Trade student with solid experience in content writing, operations coordination, and HR-related activities. I have worked as a freelance writer specializing in idea generation, PR and news articles, and administrative support, while also gaining hands-on experience in CRM management, stakeholder coordination, and process support through my roles in operations and training environments.

With over three years of experience in document translation and event coordination, I am comfortable working in fast-paced settings that require strong communication, organization, and adaptability. I hold an IELTS certificate with an overall score of 7.5 and am able to use English professionally, German at A2 level, and basic Chinese in academic and work-related contexts.
