My name is Như and I am currently served as Internal Communication Officer for Coca-Cola Vietnam. Graduated 3+ years ago from RMIT Vietnam University, I am highly skilled in English communications, administration and project management with 3 years of experience at Coca-Cola Vietnam.

Adaptable, proactive and out-going are three prominent adjectives that can describe myself.

As an Internal Communication officer, my main duties are:

1. Cooperating with the functional departments to deliver qualified and updated information to all employees by different communications tools such as intranet, weekly email newsletter, LCD, Facebook Workplace.
2. Planning and designing communication content
3. Working with multiple parties for internal communication strategy
4. Planning and executing factory tours for students at 3 Coca-Cola
plants: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi & Da Nang

I join Vlance, first of all, to earn addional income to support my life in a hustle city like HCMC. Secondly, improving my English/Vietnam writing skill is such an significant step to foster my career path in professional communications area.
