My name is Thu Minh, people usually call me Mint and I guess you can, too

I started my first job when I was 18 as an English Teacher and have made my way through 3 years being one. I love children and learners of all ages since somehow I feel calm living up to others' expectations and being trusted as an instructor. I guess it actually motivates me to be better as I have someone to look up to me. But of course, the key reason for me to gain happiness working in the education sector is to see my students improve, not just in their academic performance but also in their mindset and open themselves to all aspects of life.

Then I have another social role, as an art illustrator. I started drawing when I was young as I remember. My artworks back then were just therapy for my fragile mind. But I have gotten more serious since I believed art is a universal language. With the assistance of social media, artists can use their arts to raise awareness of social problems by visually communicating to their followers, which is genuinely effective.
