For the past three years, I have been working at a market research firm (TNS Vietnam), managing Qualitative projects and being an in-house translator. I have experienced managing countless focus group discussion, in-depth & expert interviews, home visits, etc. for global clients, e.g. Unilever, Fonterra, BAT, MeadJohnson, Honda, ICP, etc. I also did translation for the interviews where clients were present and demanded high-quality translation.
