Đoan graduated from the Public Relations at Van Lang University and she has spent the past 5 years building her career in various positions, including Marketing Leader, PR Specialist, Content Specialist, and most recently, PR Content Writer at Vero - Asean Brand Communication Consultancy.

While working as an in-depth content producer, she has actively participated in numerous projects, responsible for crafting compelling content across various platforms, especially in PR content. She has also contributed to developing innovative ideas and strategies for IMC campaigns. As a result, she has gained valuable experience, honed her ability to effectively communicate messages across different platforms, and developed exceptional customer service skills.
