“Just do it” and “Stay hungry, stay foolish” is two famous quotes that I like.
Be an active developer, I always focus on to do amazing and challenge things. I have opened a startup company, and it failed. So I understand how to work in a competitive and potential startup environment. Always learning and try to be the best developer, Be a technical leader and learner.
I never think I’m a full-stack developer, but I can handle three areas for a startup company:
* Be a cool mobile developer: I had worked for Silicon Straits Saigon (SSS), a famous tech company in HCMC, and after that I worked for Chợ Tốt (Good Market), a C2C company had the oversea investment, as a Mobile Team Lead. I used to be a trainer in Vietnam Android Academy. Beside them, I have built few applications for the small startup company.
* Be a native backend guy: Ruby on Rails is not the fastest framework, it is a superb framework for startup. We can use it to build prototype application so fast and not need to use many resources. I had learned RoR to build API by myself and want to have enough sense to work with another API guys or work in a many startup companies (where RoR is a king framework to build prototype and API)
* Be a server maintainer: It is not my strength. But I need to learn to build server, infrastructure for a small web application. It helps me can control server and control server without another DevOps guy. I like to use Ansible to manage my servers.
With three points above. I am a fit guy to work for any startup company with active and result focus attitude.
