I got Bachelor Degree from Can Tho University.
Major: Advanced Biotechnology (program cooperated between Can Tho University and Michigan University, USA in which students are totally trained in English)
Educational achievement:
 I have been studying in English program for 4.5 years. So, I have skills in English communication, reading and translation.
 English Level C Certificate.
II. Working Experience.

1). 4.5 years working as HSE Officer at Garment company, produces jacket, . My main roles were:
o Daily inspect factory and work with other Depts to improve HSE weak findings.
o Leading monthly HSE Committee meeting to find out non-compliant issues and suggest corrective action plan. Translate for foreign managers.
o Making proposal to purchase PPE and provide for workers monthly.
o Training on HSE Rules and Factory Regulations for new/current workers.
o Emailing, contacting with Customers (Adidas, VF, Patagonia…) for annual audits at the facility.
o Writing/updating HSE SOP annually/as required.
o On be half of factory to report to government all HSE issues.
o Implementing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs at the factory.

2). 6 months working as Teacher Assistant at Singapore International School, HCM City.
o Assist teacher to give lecture to students.
o Guiding student to carry out experiment.
o Managing all science lab equipment and purchasing new.
III. Personality
o Eager to experience new things, to face challenge and develop soft skills, interpersonal skill.
o Interested on improving myself, widening knowledge.
